What information we collect
When you submit a booking request, we collect your full name, email address, phone number, requested pickup date and time, number of bags, and pickup/drop-off details. If you contact us directly by phone, email, or WhatsApp, we receive whatever information you choose to share with us.
How we use your information
We use this information only to process and confirm your transfer, communicate with you about your booking, and respond to any inquiries you send us. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
Third-party services
Booking requests submitted through our website are delivered using Formspree, a third-party form service, which processes the information on our behalf. We do not use any analytics or advertising cookies.
Cookies & local storage
Our website stores one small piece of information in your browser's local storage — your preferred language — so we can remember your choice on future visits. This is not used to track you and is not shared with anyone.
Data retention
We keep booking information for as long as needed to fulfil your transfer and meet our accounting and legal obligations, then delete it.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing elitetransfersal@gmail.com.
Children's privacy
Our services are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
Terms of Service
Our service
Elite Transfers Al provides VIP chauffeur-driven transfer services, primarily within Albania and, where availability allows, neighbouring Balkan destinations.
Booking requests
Submitting the booking form is a request, not a confirmed booking. We will contact you to confirm availability, final pricing, and pickup details before your transfer is confirmed.
Payment
We accept cash, major debit/credit cards, and bank transfer. Payment is typically collected at the end of the journey unless otherwise agreed in advance.
Cancellations & no-shows
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before pickup are free of charge. Cancellations made later, or no-shows, may be subject to a fee.
Liability
We take every reasonable step to ensure a safe, punctual, and comfortable journey, but we are not liable for delays or disruption caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as traffic, weather, or third-party flight delays.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania.
